  1.    -> Subject Abbreviation: Enter an abbreviation for this note's subject.
  2.         This will make entry of subsequent notes for the same subject much
  3.         faster.  Just make up some abbreviation. ReSearch will search its index
  4.         of abbreviations.  If it doesn't find what you have entered, you may
  5.         add that entry to the index and tell ReSearch what the abbreviation
  6.         stands for.  If it DOES find the abbreviation, the subject will be
  7.         filled in automatically, saving you time.
  8.    -> Type: You should enter here an abbreviation for the category into which
  9.         the source for this information falls.  Is it a document?  Physical 
  10.         evidence?  Research?  An event?  Make up whatever short category abbre-
  11.         viations you wish.  But be consistent from one record to the next.  See
  12.         the documentation for more info on this item.
  13.    -> Any time you want an item in a new note to duplicate the same item entered
  14.         in the last note, just enter "S" (for `same').  To duplicate the entire
  15.         previous record you've just entered in the (M)ake mode (except for the 
  16.         subject), just enter a new subject abbreviation, move to the Summary 
  17.         area, and enter 'S'.
